Please allow 10 and 14 business days, including 3 days processing time to receive your order. This item ships from Western Canada.
Inventory availability
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability. If you have selected an item which is no longer available, we will notify you via phone or email with the option of an alternate Saress or a refund.
Please note, if any complimentary product is offered, the item sent is determined by the shipper.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Prices and Tax
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Customer must pay for shipping costs when returning product.
Shipments that are Returned to Sender by the courier will be refunded, less shipping and handling.
Refunds for returned orders are processed within 1 week of receiving the return in our warehouse. Postage and delivery charges are not refundable.
Orders returned after the 30 day return period are subject to a restoking fee.
Credit card numbers are not recorded upon purchase. Please contact us at
403-568-9300 to provide a credit card number to process the refund. At this time we will also provide you with a return address.
