Please allow 10 and 14 business days, including 3 days processing time to receive your order.
Inventory availability
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability. If you have selected an item which is no longer available, we will notify you via phone or email with the option of an alternate Saress or a refund.
Please note, if any complimentary product is offered, the item sent is determined by the shipper.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Prices and Tax
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Customer must pay for shipping costs when returning product.
We are not responsible for the return costs of orders which were not received by a desired date if your expected delivery time is less than our required shipping time stated above.
Refunds for returned orders are processed within 1 week. Postage and delivery charges are not refundable.
Orders returned after the 30 day return period are subject to a restoking fee.
Credit card numbers are not recorded upon purchase. Please contact us at
