Shipping. All orders ship with post and usually take between 10 and 14 business days

Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once your order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website.
Dispatch Policy. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of an alternative date or to cancel the order.
Prices and Tax. The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout.
Returns Information and Exchanges
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (excluding sale items or Free offer items ), we will exchange them or give you a refund (less postage & packaging), provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging with the original delivery note, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. You have 10 days to return the goods. If you have ordered the wrong size you may return it with your delivery note explaining your requirements.
On refunds postage becomes chargable if items keept are below minimum free delivery range.
